Headline Training & Consultancy Ltd is a UK company based near Reading, Berkshire. Established in 1993 we have over 16 years experience in providing high quality tailored training for management development, interpersonal skills and IT systems.
Our Team
Our team of in-house training consultants and a small network of associate consultants are specialists in their own field. Traveling all over the UK they bring their own expertise and experience to all training programmes.
Consultancy, Design, Delivery, Review
For any training project we assign a person/team to work in partnership with our clients to fully understand the aims, expectations and the goals to be reached. Our consultants will design a training programme that suits your requirements and takes you a step closer to achieving your goals.
Our training consultants will ensure that the training delivery is upbeat and fun whilst remaining professional focused around the clients goals. Delivery of the training programme can take place our our offices in Wyvols court, on your own premises or in remote location such as hotel conference suite. User guides and handouts will be provided to support any course.
Through regular reviews and evaluation with our clients, we ensure that all training programmes remain current and relevant. This is achieved via follow-up review training courses, evaluation forms and regular meetings with managers and team leaders.
Formulating the right programme and constantly monitoring progress, are the foundations for the continued success of Headline.
