Adobe InDesign - Levels: Introduction - Advanced

Adobe InDesign is a desktop publishing product used for page layout. The Introduction course is suited for both new users to desktop publishing and existing QuarkXPress users who are migrating to InDesign. The Introduction course enables beginners to understand the basic concepts of page layout, text formatting and graphic placement. At the end of this course delegates will be able to create, store, recall, edit and print simple page designs. At a more advanced level the course is designed to build on existing techniques using the many advanced typographic and drawing features available in order to produce documents efficiently, confidently and accurately.

Adobe Acrobat - Levels Introduction

This course is designed to show delegates how Acrobat is used to convert documents into files that can be used in a variety of ways and are independent of the platform, operating system and application that they were created on. Delegates attending the course should be familiar with Macintosh or Windows platforms. At the end of this course, participants will understand Acrobat’s application and be able to create, navigate, edit, annotate and print PDF files.

Adobe Photoshop - Levels: Introduction - Advanced

Adobe Photoshop is the leading photo manipulation software and is used for scanning images as well as touching up photographs. The Introduction course is designed for delegates who ideally have a design background and are familiar with the Mac/PC environment. At the end of the course, delegates will understand the basic Photoshop principles and be able to produce artwork and enhance graphic images from external sources. The more advanced course will enable users to be become confident in dealing with day to day and image manipulation issues, scanning and artwork creation.

At the end of this course, the delegates will have a good understanding of concepts and browser issues, rollovers, formatting, frames and site management.

Adobe FrameMaker - Levels: Introduction - Advanced
