training and with the added flexibility that users can cherry pick
which modules they wish to refresh upon and at any time.

Designed
a tailored e-Learning program for IT Induction. This induction was aimed
at new staff to familiarise them with the basics of using the companies
email, the network, company templates such as holiday and expense forms
and to introduce them to helpdesk.
