MS Word - Levels: Introduction - Advanced Microsoft Word is a leading word processing package used for creating letters, memos, forms, books etc. The Introduction course will enable delegates to gain sufficient knowledge and skills to create, edit and print a selection of documents. Users will be conversant with the basic editing features including keyboard shortcuts required to produce documents. The Advanced course will enable the delegates to gain sufficient knowledge and skills to utilise the advanced features of Word to improve the quality and efficiency of document creation. Templates improve document consistency; graphics and drawing facilities enable the enhancement of documents such as newsletters; long documents become easy to control and maintain and on-line forms assist in office automation.
MS Excel - Levels: Introduction - Advanced MS Excel is a powerful database and Spreadsheet package. The Introduction to Excel course is designed to introduce participants to spreadsheet usage and design using Excel and give them sufficient knowledge and skills to work with the product. The Advanced course includes delegates to using macros to improve functionality of the spreadsheet and creating templates.
MS Excel Macros & VBA - Levels: Introduction - Advanced This course has been specially designed for the advanced Excel User who wishes to make use of more powerful facilities made available by VBA. This course explores VBA language and delegates will develop a small project to ensure that future editing, amending, updating and data extractions can be carried out with minimum of effort. The course is aimed at those with little or no previous programming experience background, although experienced programmers wishing to learn VBA will find it a quick and valuable introduction to the language. Previous experience recording Excel macros is desirable though not essential.
MS PowerPoint - Levels: Introduction - Advanced PowerPoint is software used to create slide presentations and Web pages. You create slides by combining text, graphs, organisation charts, clip art, WordArt, and templates. It is a fun package to use and allows you to display information graphically. It contains many templates with specially designed colour schemes. At the end of this course, delegates will have sufficient knowledge and skills to create, edit, run and print a slideshow and will be conversant with most features including keyboard shortcuts. In addition, some advanced topics will be addressed and discussed.

The course is designed for those delegates who are new to databases and takes delegates from initial database concepts to exploring all the basic features of this excellent database package. MS Outlook - Levels: Introduction - Advanced Outlook is a Desktop Information Manager for managing all your personal information. It can also be used to manage events and tasks for groups; and act as a universal inbox for all your E-Mail messages. It can be used to manage the data files and folders on your PC. On completion of this course delegates will be able to navigate Outlook, send and read e-mail, set and keep track of their appointments, tasks and contacts, post notes, print and organise their Outlook desktop.
