Vista & 7 - Levels: Introduction
This course is aimed at users with no or little previous Windows experience and offers an insight into the benefits of working in a Windows environment. On completion of this course, users will be able to confidently work within the Windows environment, including configuration and file management.
10+ - Levels: Introduction
The Mac OS courses gives users a thorough understanding of the desktop environment; file and program management; setup options and how to get started with email and the internet. At the end of this course, delegates will be able to navigate comfortably around the desktop and will be familiar with the basic operating techniques that give an excellent grounding in every new application including the use of email and the internet.
